NIGHT TERRORS
Night terrors are very intense nightmares that happen during deep sleep (usually between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m.). Night terrors are more prevalent among children and creative or imaginative adults.
Warning Signs:
- A person with night terrors often wake up screaming
- He or she may be sweating and breathing fast
- Difficulty recalling or explaining what’s wrong
